[Sports Chosun’s Kim So-hee] BJ Kkwojeub Se-yeon (real name In Se-yeon), who caught attention when spotted in the US with HYBE Chairman Bang Si-hyuk, is making headlines again after posting and quickly deleting a photo with rapper Kim Ha-on, a former contestant of “High School Rapper.”
On November 3rd, Kkwojeub Se-yeon shared photos on her social media of her birthday party held at a hotel in Seoul, describing it as “the best day made by the people I love.”
In the photos, Kkwojeub Se-yeon celebrated her birthday by renting a suite valued at several million won, hosting a luxurious party with champagne ranging from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of won and upscale finger foods. Numerous luxury jewelry items, apparently gifts from acquaintances, were also on display.
The photo with rapper Kim Ha-on particularly drew attention. In the photo, Kim Ha-on is seen affectionately placing his hand on Kkwojeub Se-yeon’s shoulder, showing their close relationship.
Netizens, seeing the subsequently deleted picture, speculated about a possible romantic relationship with comments such as “The quick deletion makes it more suspicious,” “Is this a ‘love star’ situation?” and “What’s the relationship between these two?”
Meanwhile, Kkwojeub Se-yeon became a topic of interest after being spotted in LA with HYBE Chairman Bang Si-hyuk. In August, a video was uploaded on the YouTube channel ‘I am Walking’ showing Chairman Bang walking with Kkwojeub Se-yeon in the US. HYBE later clarified, “Chairman Bang coincidentally met Kkwojeub Se-yeon’s sister at a gathering of acquaintances and advised her on how to deal with impersonators. The sisters later came to LA, and he helped them with reservations for tourist sites and restaurants.”
Kkwojeub Se-yeon also addressed the matter during a live broadcast on AfreecaTV on the 11th of the last month, stating, “Bang Si-hyuk only accompanied us to the restaurant that day,” and added, “He’s a busy person, how could he follow us around everywhere?”
