Cloud, Baek Yerin ‘targeted’? “Even though the relationship ended, still demanding to wear a couple ring, verbal abuse as well”

[Sports Chosun Reporter Yu-na Lee] Producer and singer-songwriter Cloud raised suspicions of targeting Baek Yerin by revealing the conflicts and troubles he experienced at his former agency.

On the 14th, Cloud posted a long article on his personal account titled “A message for my colleagues who believe in me and my ex, who suffered in the middle without any fault.”

Leaving his former agency, PLP, in February and embarking on a solo career, Cloud also left the band The Vanguard that he was part of.

He mentioned that he continuously provided more than the necessary care for PLP artists due to their extreme emotional fluctuations and sudden behaviors that could hinder work during their activities. Netizens speculate that the ‘PLP artist’ Cloud referred to is singer Baek Yerin.

Cloud further revealed that he had to deal with insults, such as “I’m going to marry you anyway,” and “Are you going to continue seeing that girl?” from the PLP artist, even after breaking up. He also mentioned demanding requests such as wearing a couple ring together, causing disruptions in projects if not complied with. Ultimately, after experiencing verbal abuse, he decided to leave the team and agency.

Cloud asserted that he was unable to retrieve his personal equipment from the studio due to the unauthorized change of the studio password by the PLP artist after terminating their contract, but he eventually managed to retrieve the equipment through various means several months later.

Regarding unreleased songs, Cloud stated that he did not want them to be used in a way he did not agree with and expressed his disappointment that they were performed without being restructured as agreed upon.

PLP consists of only Baek Yerin and The Vanguard, leading online users to speculate that the ‘PLP artist’ Cloud mentioned could be Baek Yerin.
