On the 23rd, Netflix released character posters and a teaser trailer for the series “Wonderfools,” which will be available on May 15th. “Wonderfools” is a superpower comic adventure set at the end of the 20th century in 1999, where a group of unlikely individuals accidentally gain superpowers and struggle to protect the world from villains threatening peace.
The released character posters are designed as character cards for “TEAM Wonderfools,” showcasing each character’s superpower at a glance, attracting attention. On top of the two overlapped cards, “Eun Chae-ni” (Park Eun-bin) with her fluttering hair and afterimage instantly displays her teleportation ability. Along with the intense look of “Lee Un-jung” (Cha Eun-woo) showcasing his telekinesis, “Son Kyung-hoon” (Choi Dae-hoon) sticking tightly to the screen with his adhesive power, and “Kang Ro-bin” (Lim Sung-jae) with a serious yet somewhat bewildered look after punching through a wall, all of these raise curiosity about what kind of activities they will show with their respective superpowers.
