[SpoChosun Reporter Lee Woo-joo] Singer Lim Chang-jung shed tears in front of Seo Ha-yan.
On the 1st, a short video titled “What kind of song is it..? Lim Chang-jung’s sudden tears” was posted on Seo Ha-yan’s YouTube channel.
In the video, Lim Chang-jung is seen sobbing while listening to his song “Holding You in My Arms” in the car. Lim Chang-jung said, “But it really doesn’t make sense, this song,” while continually wiping his tears, and Seo Ha-yan was perplexed, asking, “Why are you crying?”
Lim Chang-jung explained, “I really empathize with you. Your feelings resonate with me,” and Seo Ha-yan laughed, saying, “You cry so much listening to your own song.” Lim Chang-jung expressed his affection towards Seo Ha-yan by saying, “I empathize with your feelings. It feels like I’m saying these words to you,” while Seo Ha-yan teased him by saying, “Oh, come on.”
In the meantime, the building in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, bought under a corporate name by Lim Chang-jung, is at risk of going into auction. When a debtor defaults on principal or interest payments for more than three months after securing a loan from a financial institution with real estate as collateral, the real estate can be auctioned off.
IBK Industrial Bank of Korea filed for the auction on July 2nd, with the claim amounting to about 3.6 billion won. The auction date has not yet been set, and the initial appraisal value is known to be approximately 6 billion won.
The building in question is the headquarters of Yes I.M. Entertainment, operated by Lim Chang-jung. He purchased the building for about 5 billion won using the corporate name Like It, which he owns 100% shares.
