Woori Bank to Hire 195 Employees in the Second Half of the Year… Precise Evaluation of AI Competency

“Woori Bank announced on the 18th that it will recruit 195 new employees in the second half of the year. This recruitment will take place across eight sectors: Corporate Finance, Personal Finance, Regional Talent, Woori Together, Tech, IT Specialized High School, Special Recruitment for Veterans, and Special Recruitment for People with Disabilities. In particular, to strengthen regionally-focused hiring, the Regional Talent sector will expand to six regions.

Applications will be accepted on the Woori Bank recruitment website from today until the 28th. The selection process will include document screening, followed by the first, second, and final interviews. Selected candidates will undergo a ‘next-generation RM (Corporate Finance), CM (Personal Finance), PB (Wealth Management) pre-training process’ after joining the bank.

Through the newly established ‘Woori Together’ section this year, Woori Bank will also broadly recruit individuals from underprivileged backgrounds, such as basic livelihood security recipients, lower-income bracket individuals, and children from multicultural families. The bank will also provide new career opportunities for military officers who completed or are about to complete their service. Recruitment consultations and presentations will be conducted at regional national universities, and for the convenience of applicants, the first interviews will be held in those regions.

The document screening process includes an AI competency test to evaluate job suitability and potential capabilities. Additionally, the coding test for the ‘Tech’ and ‘IT Specialized High School’ sectors has been switched from offline to online, allowing candidates to take it without being restricted by location.”
