Shinhan Life Holds 2025 Business Strategy Meeting… Continues Pursuit Towards Top 2

[Dailyan = Hwang Hyun-wook Reporter] Shinhan Life announced on the 9th that it held a sales strategy meeting aiming for a successful innovation in sales competitiveness in 2025.

This sales strategy meeting, attended by about 1,300 people including President Lee Young-jong, channel business group heads, and branch managers, was held over three days from the 6th to the 8th, starting with the FC, DB, and B2B business groups in order.

At the first FC channel event held at the Grand Hyatt Seoul in Yongsan-gu, Seoul on the 6th, Shinhan Life announced this year’s management strategy slogan as “Racing Towards TOP2, Value-Up, Together!” and committed to achieving “sales competitiveness innovation that changes the market landscape.”

Shinhan Life aims to become the fastest-growing and most different company through challenges and innovation. While focusing on mid- to long-term value growth, the company will promote stable business plan achievements through ▲differentiation of each sales channel ▲strengthening product and underwriting capabilities ▲expanding marketing to support sales.

President Lee stated that they would continue to expand the sales competitiveness innovation that has been ongoing for the past two years by actively supporting sales activation, such as timely providing specialized and innovative products for each channel.

He also emphasized the importance of securing differentiated competitiveness through business process improvements and synergy between channels, and continuously increasing the value of new contracts in line with the expansion of the sales organization.

On this day, attendees pledged to continue the race towards TOP2, ensuring the integration of the field and headquarters for customer-centered business innovation, enhancing customer convenience, and establishing an ethical sales culture through effective preventive internal controls, thereby building a trusted company by customers and society.

Lastly, President Lee expressed his gratitude to everyone for their efforts in accelerating TOP2 last year for quantitative and qualitative growth through innovation and challenges. He stated, “Although a challenging sales environment is expected this year, I will do my best to support the sales field, turning the crisis into an opportunity and ensuring joint growth.”
