LG CNS strengthens customer value activities despite the stagnation in demand for electric vehicles.

LG Energy Solution has announced its intention to strengthen customer value activities in the electric vehicle market and solidify its foundation even in the chasm of the market.

During a recent meeting with employees, the CEO of LG Energy Solution, Kim Dong-myung, emphasized the importance of returning to the basics of “customer value” to overcome the current crisis.

In fact, LG Energy Solution has established a ‘Customer Value Innovation Team’ to discover various innovative cases and rewards outstanding cases to enhance customer value. A self-assessment system called ‘Customer Value Execution Capability Self-Check System’ was also introduced this year to check and improve the awareness level of employees.

Since 2020, the company has been operating an internal system where any employee can register customer inconveniences and suggestions. To encourage employee participation in the system, various events such as quizzes and prize draws have been organized.

An official from LG Energy Solution stated, “Despite the challenging business environment, we will create greater competitiveness by making efforts to create distinctive customer value unique to LG Energy Solution.”
