GS Caltex provides 200,000 bottles of drinking water to drought-affected Gangneung.

GS Caltex announced on the 4th that it has urgently supplied 200,000 bottles (500ml) of bottled water to Gangneung, Gangwon Province, which is suffering due to a severe drought.

The Gangneung area has recently experienced a disaster declaration and the implementation of water restrictions due to a drought, causing serious difficulties. GS Caltex plans to distribute bottled water to citizens visiting GS Caltex gas stations and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) refueling stations located in Gangneung and supply water to vulnerable groups in line with Gangneung City’s disaster recovery plans. Jo Kwang-ok, an executive at GS Caltex, stated, “As a company committed to the community, we will continue to do our best to support the citizens.”
