Enhancing Efficiency in Educational Settings with Various AI Features [Seoul=Newsis] LG Electronics is set to release a new electronic board model (model name: TR3DQ) next month, featuring a function called “AI Summary (Video Summary)” to assist learners by summarizing video materials used in lessons. [Seoul=Newsis] Reporter Lee In-jun reports that, on the 17th, LG Electronics announced its plan to introduce this new product, which also offers real-time AI translation, among other features. From June 29, LG will showcase the full lineup of electronic boards, including the new product, at ‘ISTE2025′, the world’s largest educational technology exhibition in San Antonio, USA.
The new product (model name TR3DQ) aims to create an efficient educational environment for both teachers and learners. With just an internet connection, the new AI functions of the LG electronic board can be easily accessed. These include providing video summaries to aid lessons with the “AI Summary (Video Summary)” feature, and displaying subtitles via the “AI Real-time Translation (Live Subtitle/Translation)” feature. Additionally, the “Calculator Pro” function can recognize handwritten equations and compute results.
Furthermore, the board offers a variety of AI features such as ▲’AI Chatbot (Ask LG)’ based on large language models (LLM) to answer questions, ▲’AI Topic/Mind-map’ that analyzes images or text to present themes in a mind map format, and ▲’Circle To Search’ that provides information related to the text or image inside a drawn circle.
Moreover, the “LG CreateBoard Share” wireless screen sharing solution allows for the simultaneous viewing of up to nine screens, making it convenient to share students’ work during lessons, thereby enhancing teaching convenience.
