To enhance the exterior luxury, they will introduce specialized doors at the four entrances and curtain wall looks, as well as create a central square twice the size of a football field to maximize openness. They have proposed designing a canal walkway to store rainwater to prevent flooding during heavy rain. For interior design, they will collaborate with the design firm SWNA to increase viewing and service areas through specialized flat layouts, and to maximize spatial openness by designing ceiling heights of 2.6m for regular ceilings and 2.7m for well ceilings.’,
