Ceragem Signs Memorandum of Understanding for Development of Sleep Technology with Asleep

Ceragem announced on the 10th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for cooperation on sleep technology with Asleep, a sleep analysis AI company, at CES 2025, the world’s largest IT and electronics exhibition held in Las Vegas.

Asleep is a sleep tech company that analyzes sleep quality through breathing sounds during sleep and provides various services based on AI technology. It received the Innovation Award in the Digital Health and AI categories at CES 2025.

Through this MOU with Asleep, Ceragem plans to develop and offer services related to spinal medical devices, home Medicare beds, and various home healthcare appliances and sleep analysis technologies.

A representative from Ceragem stated, “Comfortable sleep without sleep disorders is also an important factor in maintaining a healthy life,” and added, “We will strive to introduce products and services that allow for restful sleep without sleep disorders by incorporating Asleep’s sleep analysis technology and provide an optimal sleep environment.”

Lee Dong-heon, CEO of Asleep, commented, “Through this agreement, we will combine Ceragem’s innovative home healthcare technology with Asleep’s AI-based sleep analysis solutions to provide users with a better sleep environment and a healthier life.”
