“Well-drawn crosswalk, but illegal” … Police identifying two individuals, a man and a woman

[Seoul Economy] An incident occurred in the Samseong-dong area of Nam-gu, Ulsan, where someone drew a crosswalk with white paint without authorization, prompting a police investigation.

According to the Ulsan Nambu Police Station on the 9th, at around 3 a.m. on the 2nd of this month, a man and a woman drew a crosswalk with white paint on a design street and then left.

After receiving a report from the Nam-gu Office, the police confirmed the scene and removed the crosswalk on the 6th.

Article 68 of the Road Traffic Act stipulates that no one should install traffic safety facilities or similar artificial structures without permission. Violations are punishable by up to three years in prison or a fine of up to 7 million won.

The police are securing CCTV footage from around the scene to identify the two individuals involved.
