When is the Constitutional Court justices’ meeting scheduled to begin today?

**Reporter:**
The justices will start their meeting at 10 AM today. This meeting is a procedure where the justices gather to discuss the case at hand. Today’s meeting was scheduled even before the impeachment bill against President Yoon was passed, and it is expected to include the newly added presidential impeachment case on the agenda. These meetings typically take place throughout the workday. However, the contents of the meeting are confidential, so it is difficult to pinpoint specific agenda items. Nevertheless, since President Yoon has not accepted the delivery of impeachment resolution documents sent on the 16th, this issue might also be discussed.

What solutions is the Constitutional Court considering if the document delivery continues to be delayed?

**Reporter:**
Yes, if the document delivery isn’t completed, it could impact the preparatory proceedings scheduled for the 27th. The court is considering different responses if President Yoon continues to refuse acceptance. In particular, they are also contemplating ‘deemed delivery’ should refusal persist. This could involve leaving the documents at the delivery site and considering them as delivered, or deeming electronic delivery complete a week after the dispatch. If the court treats it as deemed delivery, this would establish its legal effect, requiring President Yoon to submit a response within seven days and present the Cabinet meeting minutes and evidence plans by the 24th.
