Jeollanam-do announced that the Ministry of Climate, Energy, and Environment approved the designation of two complexes in Jindo waters and one in Sinan as new offshore wind power complexes, securing a total capacity of 7.3 gigawatts, up from the existing 3.2 gigawatts. Jeollanam-do expects these complexes to become a key hub for fostering the energy industry based on the power grid.”
