“The Korea Festival Content Awards, judged by a committee of festival experts, is a prestigious award that selects the representative festival of Korea for 2025 by comprehensively evaluating outstanding festivals across the nation based on ▲ operational performance, ▲ eco-friendly operation, ▲ visitor awareness and satisfaction, ▲ local support, and ▲ content uniqueness, followed by document and final reviews.”,

“This year’s Gimcheon Gimbap Festival expanded beyond a simple food event to a cultural content festival, creating a differentiated experience-focused program centered on tourist participation instead of a formal opening ceremony. This transformation into a festival where visitors become the protagonists received high praise.”,

“In particular, unique content such as the Gimbap Cooking Contest using local specialties, the Create-Your-Own-Gimbap studio, the nationwide unique gimbap talk show by the ‘Gimbap Curator’, and the first anniversary of the character ‘Goddeul’ brought the festival to a higher level of completion.”,

“Mayor Na G-ho of Gimcheon stated, ‘Winning the Grand Prize in the festival content category following last year’s Special Award is very meaningful. We will continue to improve the shortcomings and strengthen the content competitiveness to develop it into a must-experience representative festival of Korea.'”,
