A Vietnamese woman who stabbed a convenience store employee with a weapon and fled in Geochang, Gyeongsangnam-do, has been apprehended.

The Geochang Police Station announced on the 26th that they have arrested and are investigating a woman in her 30s, referred to as A, on charges of attempted murder.

A is accused of stabbing the employee, B, a woman in her 20s, multiple times with a weapon at a convenience store in Geochang County around 6:19 PM the previous day.

B suffered injuries to her arms and face and is receiving treatment at a nearby hospital. It has been reported that her life is not in danger.
