The America’s Cup, the main event of the Summoners War World Arena Championship 2024 (SWC 2024) in the Americas region, will be held in Las Vegas, USA on the 13th at 5 p.m. (Korean time). The SWC 2024 started with the European Cup in Berlin last September and has been progressing successfully through the main season.
This America’s Cup is the second regional cup held this year. It will take place offline at the ‘HyperX Arena’, a prominent esports venue in Las Vegas and the top esports facility in North America.
In the competition, 8 players who made it through the fierce qualifiers will compete in a 5-game, 3-win single elimination tournament to determine the top 3 players who will advance to the World Finals. Last year’s World Finals runner-up, TRUEWHALE, will be challenging for a spot in the World Finals for the third consecutive year.
The winner of the Legend Tournament Season 28, LADRILLO-OS, will make his first appearance on the offline stage. Additionally, top players like MINISHINI, VINNY, BADOWNEY, TOPAV, and ZEZAS, who advanced to the regional cup as winners of their respective groups, along with many talented newcomers, will also compete, creating an unpredictable and exciting showdown.
Com2uS will be conducting a prediction event in conjunction with the America’s Cup. Participants can make predictions on the winner until 4:30 p.m. on the 13th (Korean time) through the in-game events tab and receive various rewards such as ‘SWC 2024 Banners’ that can be exchanged for different gifts.
Furthermore, playing the game and using energy during the regional cup season until November 3 will allow players to acquire player cards. The ‘SWC 2024 Summoner Giveaway Event’ is also ongoing, providing generous items such as attribute summon tickets when players acquire players for the first time by using energy during the regional cup season.
