AX-specialized company LG CNS is set to present strategies for realizing AX (AI Transformation) based on its SaaS (Software as a Service) platform “SINGLEX”. On April 2 and 3, a webinar titled “AX Becoming Reality: How All Employees Collaborate with AI and Case Studies” will be hosted over two days on ET News’ webinar channel AllshowTV.
AX is becoming an essential strategy for revolutionizing corporate business. AX goes beyond merely adopting AI technologies; it signifies transforming a company’s overall operations and business models to focus on AI. However, many businesses find it difficult to incorporate and utilize AI within their operations.
In this webinar, LG CNS will demonstrate how it is realizing AX by applying AI to key business areas such as procurement, R&D/quality, HR, CRM, and expense management. Actual system demonstrations will be provided. Through this, webinar attendees are expected to address various pain points encountered in real work environments and discover strategies and insights on how employees and AI can collaborate to produce synergy.
On the first day, the presentations will cover two topics: “Smart Procurement Business with AI in a Rapidly Changing Market” and “Preventing Quality Issues through AI-based Risk Prediction Modeling in FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)”. These presentations will showcase cases where AI was used to drastically reduce procurement costs and improve R&D/quality tasks.
On the second day, the focus will be on AX references in HR, CRM, and expense management. Topics include “Enhancing Employee Capabilities with AI Utilization”, “Strengthening Go To Market through Salesforce+AI-based Sales Operation Intelligence and Customer Response Automation”, and “Automating Expense Management with AI”. These sessions will present cases in which AI was used to minimize manual work and revolutionize productivity in each business area.
