**SKT AI Infrastructure and Services Draw International Media Attention**
SK Telecom (CEO Yoo Young-sang) announced that from the 3rd to the 6th (local time), their booth at MWC 2025 attracted about 70,000 visitors, garnering significant interest.
SK Telecom set up a standalone 792-square-meter exhibition booth this year, showcasing AI data center solutions and AI technologies enhancing telecommunications value. The booth was divided into sections featuring Network AI, AI Data Center, AI Platform, AI Services, and AI Alliance, displaying advanced technologies and services integrated with AI.
At the main entrance of the exhibition hall, a large media art installation with 18 moving LED panels offered a sensory introduction to the AI Infrastructure Super Highway strategy.
According to SK Telecom, about 70,000 people visited their booth during the four-day event, with global attendees appreciating the advanced technology displayed in the AI data center-inspired structures. A popular attraction was the experience zone, located at the booth’s exit, featuring a racing game with marbles that demonstrated the AI Infrastructure Super Highway strategy. The zone attracted a crowd of game enthusiasts, with cheers continuously echoing throughout the event.
International media outlets such as CNBC, Bloomberg, and Nikkei also took an interest in SK Telecom’s booth. Many global media platforms focused on SK Telecom’s AI data center business strategy and global Telco AI Alliance activities, dedicating themselves to on-site coverage and interviews during the exhibition.
