Seoul (News1) – Reporter Park Se-yeon captured former President Yoon entering Megabox Dongdaemun in Seoul on the morning of the 21st to watch the film “Election Fraud: A Work of God?” This marks Yoon’s first public appearance since being unanimously impeached by the Constitutional Court at 11 am on April 4 last year, apart from instances related to his trial. The fact that he is watching a film claiming election fraud just 13 days before the presidential election is garnering attention.
The film’s producer, Lee Young-don, mentioned, “Since today is the premiere, I think former President Yoon will attend the stage greeting briefly.” The cinema also confirmed that he would be watching the film.
Shin Dong-wook, the spokesperson for the People Power Party, told reporters, “Former President Yoon is an independent person who has already left our party,” and stated, “We have no comment on his schedule.”
When asked about the notion that Yoon’s departure from the party hasn’t been beneficial for their election chances, Shin responded, “We won’t engage in such evaluations. We believe we should focus on doing our work diligently.”
