According to the Meteorological Administration on the 3rd, cold air coming from the north will lead to morning temperatures around 10 degrees lower compared to the previous day, especially in central regions, making it feel colder. Strong winds will make it feel even chillier.
From the night, rain or snow is expected in the southern parts of Gyeonggi, and the northern Chungcheong region, including Incheon. In Seoul, there might be traces of less than 0.1mm of raindrops or flurries. In areas with rain or snow, visibility could be reduced and roads might be slippery, so caution is advised for road safety.
The morning low temperatures are forecasted to range from -7 to 5 degrees Celsius, while the daytime highs are expected to be between 2 and 12 degrees.
