The National Heritage Administration announced today (21st) that it will open the repair sites of 12 major national heritage sites to the public until November.

The ‘Jin Gamseon’s Stupa of Ssangyesa Temple in Hadong,’ a national treasure commemorating Monk Jin Gamseon who is known for introducing and spreading the Buddhist music of the late Unified Silla period, will have its preservation and repair processes on display every Thursday by application from June 23 to July 31.

The repair and preservation site of the historic ‘Independence Gate in Seoul,’ a monument built to assert the will for self-reliance after the Gabo Reform, will be open for viewing every Thursday from September to November.

The ‘Busan Temporary Capital Presidential Residence,’ a historical site, will have its roof dismantling and repair site open for public viewing every second Thursday of the month from July 5 to September 12.
