Lee Kyung-seob, CEO of HS Hyosung The Class, unveiled their premium service strategy at the Bangbae Service Center. On the 24th, Mercedes-Benz’s official dealer, HS Hyosung The Class, announced that it would fully operate the Bangbae Service Center in Seocho-gu, Seoul, to provide premium services.
Lee Kyung-seob stated, “As a representative dealer of Benz, we aim to offer the best mobility life and ensure one can fully enjoy Benz.” HS Hyosung The Class offers “Luxury Delivery Truck Service” for accident repairs and a “Taxi Service” tailored for VIP customers.
The Luxury Delivery Truck Service delivers repaired vehicles to the customer’s desired location using a luxury delivery truck. This service will be piloted until July. Customers can receive their repaired vehicles at designated locations through coordination with HS Hyosung The Class advisors, eliminating the need to visit the center.
The Taxi Service is exclusively provided at the Bangbae Service Center to assist customers who find transportation difficult between Sadang Station and the center.
The center spans three basement and two above-ground floors, offering basic services such as regular inspections, general maintenance, and accident repairs, accommodating up to 27 work bays including electric vehicles. As part of the “Benz E-Mobility Life” strategy, it is also equipped with three charging stations.
HS Hyosung The Class operates 10 showrooms in areas including Gangnam, Songpa, Bundang, Yongin, Dongtan, and Cheongju, as well as three certified used car showrooms in locations such as Jukjeon, Cheonan, and Hanam, and runs 14 service centers in regions including Bangbae, Seocho, Dogok, and Sinsa.
