[TV Report – Reporter Shin Yoon-ji] Actor Yoon Si-yoon candidly shared his struggles from the past while filming ‘2 Days & 1 Night Season 3’.
On the September 14th broadcast of the SBS variety show ‘My Little Old Boy’, ‘2 Days & 1 Night Season 3’ members Cha Tae-hyun, Kim Jun-ho, Kim Jong-min, and Yoon Si-yoon reunited for an impromptu trip after six years. The episode recorded a viewer rating of 9.9% according to Nielsen Korea.
During the broadcast, the married members Cha Tae-hyun, Kim Jun-ho, and Kim Jong-min proposed a spontaneous trip. Yoon Si-yoon, who prefers planning, was flustered and asked, “Do we really have to do this?” Kim Jun-ho playfully warned him, “You’ll end up alone if you keep this up.” Kim Jong-min also pressured him, saying, “Don’t plan anything,” which made Yoon Si-yoon remark humorously that the way the older members were trying to teach him felt frustrating.
Cha Tae-hyun then asked Yoon Si-yoon, “Do you not want to get married? It’s fine if you don’t,” to which Yoon Si-yoon responded, “I want to eventually, but not now.” Cha Tae-hyun added, “Your lifestyle might feel burdensome to women. Even Jang-hoon is distancing himself from you,” prompting laughter from everyone.
Recalling his past filming experiences, Yoon Si-yoon said, “In our ‘2 Days & 1 Night’ days, I came to terms with it. I actually preferred sleeping outdoors. I hated it when indoor sleeping was chosen. During summer, the guys sweat a lot, so I didn’t mind staying outside. Sleeping bags are cleaner,” he confessed.
MC Seo Jang-hoon empathized, saying, “I completely understand. Many smells linger indoors. The cold is much better.”
In the past, Yoon Si-yoon revealed on a show that he vacuums more than three times a day and washes cushion and sofa covers after guests visit, showcasing a level of obsessive cleanliness that earned him the nickname ‘cleanliness man.’
