“The original disseminator of ‘Song Ha-yoon school violence’ has already made a third revelation… ‘Unfounded? That’s a lie! There are also witnesses.'”

[TV Report = Reporter Kim Hyun-seo] Amidst actress Song Ha-yoon’s claims that the forced transfer allegations are “unfounded,” A, who first raised the allegations, has issued a third statement.

On the 7th, A, who initially spread the allegations of Song Ha-yoon’s school violence, stated online that “the points are being blurred by emphasizing malicious media play that frames those unrelated to the essence of the incident as criminals.”

Earlier, on the 4th, Song Ha-yoon’s side, through her legal representative at Law Firm SDJ Partners, stated, “A claims they are not under a wanted notice, but this is not true,” adding that the investigator informed A that an arrest warrant might be issued if they fail to cooperate with the investigation.

Additionally, they claimed that there was no instance of Song Ha-yoon assaulting A, and that the assertion of a forced transfer is “unfounded.” They submitted objective evidence, such as school records, to the investigative agency to prove the allegations false, and announced plans to further proceed with charges of defamation and interference with business.

Regarding Song Ha-yoon’s statement about the “wanted notice,” A pointed out that it is “a clear distortion of facts.” They clarified, “On July 3, 2025, I confirmed with the police that I was under a wanted notice. As a U.S. citizen residing in the U.S., I explained to the police that I have difficulty cooperating with domestic investigations, and the investigation was suspended.” They added that repeatedly framing them as a “wanted person” constitutes intentional dissemination of false information.

A also mentioned Song Ha-yoon’s forced transfer allegations. They argued, “Transfer within the same school district is essentially not allowed unless it involves a serious disciplinary reason such as school violence, which is common knowledge in the educational world,” and called the claim that the transfer was voluntarily chosen due to attendance a “sophism.”

They further stated, “There are several witnesses to the playground assault incident. One person, due to personal circumstances, did not want to be involved and answered ‘I don’t know’ when contacted by Song Ha-yoon’s side. However, the rest have provided consistent and specific testimonies,” adding, “It seems that Song Ha-yoon’s side is unaware of any witnesses beyond the one who said ‘I don’t know.’ Ultimately, they are distorting the facts, making it seem like the assault didn’t happen, based on the statement of just one contacted person.”

Song Ha-yoon faced school violence allegations last year. Her side acknowledged the “forced transfer” but denied any assault, yet public criticism persisted. Consequently, Song Ha-yoon has suspended her activities in the entertainment industry.
