According to the film industry, Kim Hye-yoon has recently confirmed her role in the movie ‘Salmokji’ (tentative title, directed by Lee Sang-min) and is preparing for filming. Kim Hye-yoon’s return to the big screen comes about three years after ‘Ditto’ (2022), making it a much-anticipated comeback.

The project, which has started under the tentative name ‘Salmokji’ as the final title has not yet been decided, is a horror film set against the background of a real reservoir, Salmokji. ‘Salmokji’ is being produced by The Lamp, known for ‘A Taxi Driver,’ ‘Samjin Company English Class,’ and ‘Escape,’ and will be distributed by Showbox. The project is currently in pre-production, with plans to start filming within the year.
