[OSEN=Kang Seo-jung] HYBE announced on the 29th that it held the ‘2025 HYBE Family Night’ at its Seoul Yongsan headquarters on the 27th.
The HYBE Family Night, which started in 2023 and is now in its third year, is an internal event where the company invites the families and acquaintances of its staff to the headquarters on the day of the ‘Seoul International Fireworks Festival’ held at Yeouido Hangang Park in Seoul. This year, 936 people applied, resulting in a 13:1 competition rate, and 73 teams were selected by drawing, with about 250 guests invited.
Located near Hangang Bridge, HYBE’s Yongsan headquarters is considered an optimal location for viewing the fireworks festival, with an open view of the Han River.
HYBE decorated the top floors of its headquarters, including the staff cafeteria, cafe, and rooftop outdoor garden, with the theme ‘Sky Garden’ to create an urban picnic atmosphere. The families and acquaintances of employees enjoyed photo sessions at photo zones adorned with colorful flowers and butterflies, dinner, and a lucky draw event, creating special memories.
As the highlight of the event, the fireworks festival began, lighting up the night sky and eliciting cheers from attendees, with families gathering to take commemorative photos. Notably, Chairman Bang Si-hyuk made a surprise visit, greeting employees and their families and enjoying the fireworks together. He expressed gratitude to the visiting families and exchanged well-wishes, also obliging requests for photos.
Previously, in May, HYBE held the ‘HYBE Family Day’ event, inviting employees’ families for an office tour as part of ‘Family Month.’ Participants were given a tour of the workspaces and facilities like theatres equipped with speakers and large screens, recording studios used by HYBE music artists, choreography practice rooms, and photography studios, which offered them insights into the company’s operations and culture.
A HYBE representative stated, “We planned this event to provide not just welfare but an experience for employees and families to enjoy together, as a means of appreciating their efforts for the company. We’ll continue to strive to enhance employee satisfaction and pride in the company through various programs and systems.”
