The Bank of Korea will announce the weighted average interest rates of financial institutions for June today (31st).
The bank loan interest rates announced last month for May rebounded within a month. However, among household loans, mortgage loans have continued to decline for seven months in a row, recording the lowest level since May of last year.
As market interest rates are on the decline, there is a focus on the trend of household loan interest rates, as banks are raising margin rates under pressure from the government.
