On the 28th, Minister Yoo Young-joo of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups attended a welcoming dinner hosted by Vice Minister Unguyen Ming of the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Vietnam Government Guesthouse to discuss cooperation in the field of SMEs and startups, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups said on the 29th.
Korean and Vietnamese business leaders also participated in this dinner to explore business opportunities.
From Korea, five companies including Rosetta Tech, Nuvix, S&I Company, Smart Sound, and Ice Cream Media attended the K-Innovation Trade Mission.
From Vietnam, participants included Pham Tan Cong, Chairman of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Unguyen Thanh Hung, President of SOE Group, Ho Thanh Thang, CEO of CMC Group, and Unguyen Minh Phat, President of Green IPark.
In particular, SOE Group showed interest in Nuvix and S&I Company, and held individual meetings in the morning, according to the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Minister Yoo stated, “I hope that the exchange between the two countries in the field of SMEs and startups will become more active, and I ask the Vietnamese diplomatic authorities to show special interest.”
