LH is supplying 538 households in Uijeongbu Ujeong A-1 Block… Price Ceiling System Applied.

[Uijeongbu = Newsis] Reporter Kim Do-hee = Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 5th that it will promote the supply of 538 houses in Block A-1 of the Uijeongbu Ujeong public housing district.

This block, which conducted preliminary subscriptions in October 2021, will offer a total of 538 units. All units are predominantly composed of small-sized apartments with an exclusive area of 59㎡ that are favored by end-users.

Out of the total 538 units, 238 will be supplied to special and general supply applicants, excluding the 300 units reserved during the preliminary subscription.

With the application of a price ceiling system, the price is set at roughly 380 million won per unit (an average of 15.19 million won per 3.3㎡), making it reasonable compared to market prices. Although there is a restriction on resale, there is no mandatory residence requirement. If applicants meet the income and asset qualifications, they can apply for both special and general supplies.

The block is approximately 1.7 km away from Nokyang Station on subway line 1, and with the anticipated opening of the GTX-C line (projected to take around 20 minutes to reach Samseong Station) at the nearby Uijeongbu Station, public transportation convenience is expected to significantly improve.

With the nearby Seoul Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Road and National Route 39, it allows rapid access to nearby cities such as Uijeongbu, Yangju, Goyang, and Namyangju, enabling a wide living radius through an extensive transportation network.

Within 1 km of the complex, there are schools like Budeulgae Elementary and Nokyang Middle School, allowing for safe commuting without the burden of long travel distances.

Close to mountains like Hongbok Mountain and Cheonbo Mountain, residents can enjoy beautiful natural scenery throughout the seasons. Also, with proximity to the Uijeongbu Sports Complex, a variety of sports and cultural facilities are accessible, providing well-established living infrastructure upon moving in, thanks to the nearby existing Nokyang residential district.

Preliminary subscription winners will start registration on the 15th and 16th, followed by special supply on the 17th, and general supply on the 18th and 19th. Contracts will be signed in December, with occupancy expected in June 2028.

To provide information and consultations related to sales, a housing exhibition hall will be operated. Located at 816-1 Byeollae-dong, Namyangju City, it will be first opened to preliminary subscribers on the 6th and 7th, and to general applicants from the 8th to the 14th. A model home can also be viewed through an online cyber model house.

Meanwhile, the Uijeongbu Ujeong public housing district is evaluated as a key residential area capable of absorbing the demand from workers originating from large-scale industrial complexes, being part of the region developed as Gyeonggi North’s largest high-tech industrial complex, the ‘Yangju Technovalley Premium’.
