“A 10 Billion Won Price Gain: All 216 Units of General Sales at Jamsil Le El Sold Out”

(Seoul = Yonhap News) Reporter Lim Ki-chang: Lotte Engineering & Construction announced on the 29th that all units of the “Jamsil L’El” project, offered through the redevelopment of the Jamsil Misung Clover Apartments in Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, have been fully contracted.

The Jamsil L’El was successfully contracted for all 216 units available for general sale through the main contract process for successful applicants on September 22-24, followed by contracts with standby applicants.

This complex attracted significant attention due to the anticipation of profit realization, with the sale price approximately 1 billion won lower than the market value. Consequently, it recorded an average competition ratio of 346.18:1 during the special supply on August 29th and a high competition ratio of 631.6:1 during the first priority application on October 1st.

Jamsil L’El features Lotte Engineering & Construction’s high-end brand L’El, boasting excellent lighting and ventilation, luxurious exteriors, specialized landscaping, and various sports and community facilities, as well as a sky community that offers views of the city.

The location offers convenient transportation with access to Jamsil Station (Lines 2 and 8), Jamsilnaru Station (Line 2), and Songpanaru Station (Line 9), and is close to schools, academies, Lotte Department Store, Lotte World Mall, and Asan Medical Center.

A representative from Lotte Engineering & Construction stated, “Despite the challenging market environment with strengthened regulations, the early sell-out of units is attributed to the support of our customers, and we commit to responding with diligent construction.”
