**Enterprise AI Service Partnership Agreement**

SK AX is partnering with OpenAI to safely apply and operate generative AI across enterprise work environments through enterprise AI initiatives.
SK AX announced on the 14th that it has signed a “Service Partner Agreement for Enterprise AI Business Collaboration” with OpenAI. Through this collaboration, SK AX plans to provide AI utilization environments tailored to each company’s work setting and security requirements, based on “ChatGPT Enterprise.”
The signing ceremony was attended by SK AX President Kim Wan-jong, OpenAI’s Asia-Pacific Regional Partnership Leader Anthony Russell, and other executives from both companies to discuss collaboration strategies.
The two companies intend to combine the ChatGPT Enterprise capabilities with SK AX’s expertise in designing, constructing, and operating industry-specific systems to enhance overall productivity and address data security concerns.
ChatGPT Enterprise offers security and personal data protection features optimized for corporate environments. It also supports the ability to analyze and understand vast documents at once, along with advanced data analysis features. SK AX will integrate and operate these capabilities in line with corporate systems and workflows to maximize AI utilization.
SK AX provides integrated services including ▲consulting ▲multi-agent construction and operation through internal system integration ▲establishing security and governance frameworks ▲managing employee change. AI architects, data experts, and industry domain specialists work together to ensure generative AI is applied stably to actual corporate work environments.
SK AX President Kim Wan-jong stated, “We aim not just for simple AI adoption but for helping companies redesign internal structures, work processes, and governance via AI integration, achieving a true AI transformation.” He added, “Through collaboration with OpenAI, we will implement ‘AI Augmentation’ that enhances the value of work done by individuals and companies.”
Anthony Russell, OpenAI’s Asia-Pacific Regional Partnership Leader, emphasized, “For the value of ChatGPT Enterprise to be realized, it is crucial to operate in accordance with each company’s work systems and flows, based on security and data control.” He added, “SK AX is a partner capable of applying AI to actual work environments, thanks to its long-standing understanding and experience with industry-specific systems and data structures.”
