Former U.S. President Joe Biden is unexpectedly caught up in rumors regarding his health due to an awkward family photo released by his family.
According to a report by the British daily Telegraph on the 21st (local time), former President Biden shared a photo on social media with an Easter greeting, featuring his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, and other family members.
The issue arises from Biden’s noticeably awkward appearance at the top of the photo. While the rest of his family is dressed in comfortable casual wear, only former President Biden is wearing a suit adorned with an American flag pin.
There are claims that Biden’s image might have been added using Photoshop or other photo-editing software, rather than being captured in the actual shoot.
Considering the angle at which Biden appears in the photo and the setting of the family members sitting on stairs, it’s believed that his stance looks particularly awkward.
One user pointed out that the woman in front of Biden is photographed up to her knees, suggesting that if Biden were actually present for the photo, he wouldn’t have been able to stand or sit in that position.
Additionally, there’s criticism about Biden’s left hand appearing unnatural. Another user noted, “His hand isn’t resting on his grandson’s shoulder, nor are his fingers touching. This is fake,” suggesting that a photo of Biden waving might have been edited into the family picture.
Some are treating the photo manipulation as a fact, speculating the background is to conceal a decline in Biden’s health, even entertaining conspiracy theories about it.
However, former President Biden had showcased his vigor just a week prior, on the 15th of last month, by attending and delivering a speech at a conference in Chicago, Illinois.
