,He also emphasized, “We have encountered a difficult situation where the West imposes illegal sanctions under unconvincing pretexts,” and stated, “The West is making efforts to maintain its global dominance and restrain the economic and technological potential of Russia and China.”,
,Li Keqiang, the Premier of the State Council of China, responded by saying, “The friendship between China and Russia has withstood international vicissitudes and has a long history,” and added, “Our friendship is strong, solid, and unshakeable. This is our common precious asset.”,
,Premier Li mentioned that this year marks the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries and expressed confidence that “as our multifaceted cooperation demonstrates tremendous resilience, we are convinced that our cooperation will deepen further.”,
,Premier Li noted the expansion of energy cooperation between the two countries, while Prime Minister Mishustin proposed utilizing the Northern Sea Route to enhance economic cooperation between them.,
,Prime Minister Mishustin also mentioned plans to expand cooperation in the fields of space and artificial intelligence by combining Russia’s scientific potential with China’s production capacity.,
,The two Prime Ministers signed investment cooperation plans after the meeting. They also signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen cooperation in the areas of cargo transportation using highly automated vehicles, maritime search and rescue, the chemical industry, and green construction.,
