Baba Vanga, the famous Bulgarian prophet who is said to have predicted events like the 9/11 terrorist attacks and the COVID-19 pandemic, has predicted contact with extraterrestrial life and a major global conflict for this year.
According to foreign media outlets such as India’s Free Press Journal, Vanga’s predictions for this year include seven key themes: a large-scale international conflict, severe economic recession, global natural disasters, and the possibility of contacting extraterrestrial life.
Vanga warned of the potential for a global conflict fueled by escalating geopolitical tensions between major powers like the United States, China, and Russia. She also mentioned a shift in the world power structure, predicting that the center of global power might move to Asia, particularly China. Additionally, she hinted at political upheaval, indicating possible political changes in Russia and the emergence of a new leader.
In the economic realm, she predicted a severe downturn due to currency crises, increased volatility in financial markets, and heightened inflation. Regarding natural disasters, she forecasted that earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and extreme climate events could destroy about 7-8% of the Earth’s land area.
Notably, Baba Vanga also foresaw the possibility of humanity making first contact with extraterrestrial life this year.
Born in 1911 in Bulgaria, Baba Vanga was blind and claimed to have gained the ability to see the future after losing her sight due to a sandstorm at the age of 12. She passed away in 1996 but is reported to have left predictions extending until the year 5079.
Her followers and some media outlets claim that she predicted events like the death of Princess Diana, the 9/11 attacks, the COVID-19 pandemic, and major natural disasters. However, there are criticisms that her prophecies are fictional and that her followers have merely embellished them by linking people’s fears to current international situations.
