Yoon Jin lost 5kg in a challenging feat through running and detox, reaching 46kg just six months after giving birth.

[Sports Chosun Reporter Lee Ge-eun] Actress Yoon Jin-yi has successfully returned to her original body after postpartum dieting.

On the ‘Genuine Yoon Jin-yi’ channel on the 21st, a video titled ‘Postpartum Hair Loss? The Cursed 5kg? Finally Solved. Revealing the Postpartum Care Secrets of an Actress’ was uploaded.

Yoon Jin-yi shared, “Don’t I look like I’ve lost weight? The cursed 5kg wouldn’t go away, but suddenly it dropped,” as she verified her weight at 46kg.

She continued, “I’ll show you how I managed my postpartum body,” revealing that she starts her mornings with running. “They say that sweating in a sauna just loses water. Real impurities get flushed out when you sweat. If I quickly run for just 30 minutes before my husband goes to work, my day becomes different,” she explained. “I regained my body in six months. It took a year after my first child, but I started postpartum dieting faster after the second because losing weight is said to be harder then. Losing the weight lightened my body,” she added with pride.

After returning home, she focused on scalp care to prevent hair loss. Yoon Jin-yi explained, “They say sudden heat from sweating is bad for the scalp, and reducing heat is important for preventing hair loss.” Previously, after her second child, she experienced front hair thinning, but now her hair has thickened, drawing attention.

Additionally, Yoon Jin-yi shared that detoxing helped with the stubborn 5kg that wouldn’t budge, even with fasting. Her previous pre-marriage diet methods didn’t work. To aid detoxification, she practiced changing her water, consuming probiotics or yogurt, drinking detox juices, and cutting coffee.

Meanwhile, Yoon Jin-yi married a financial industry employee in 2022, had her first daughter the following year, and welcomed her second daughter in February.
