[Herald Economy=Han Yeong-dae] As the U.S. and Israel have been exchanging long-range attacks with Iran since the 28th of last month, skirmishes continued for the third consecutive day on the 2nd (local time).
According to reports from international news agencies such as Reuters, citing local media like Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, explosions were heard in various locations around Tehran on the 2nd. This was during the early hours of the morning, past 3 AM local Tehran time.
On this day, the Israeli military announced that it was carrying out new large-scale attacks targeting sites across Tehran.
Israel, having also entered the early hours of the morning on the 2nd, is under external attack. The Israeli military stated that several rockets were intercepted after being launched through the Lebanese border. It is suggested that Hezbollah forces, supported by Iran, may be responsible for this recent attack.
The United States has declared it will continue military actions against Iran for an extended period. In a video speech released on the 1st, US President Donald Trump, in his second public address since the start of attacks on Iran, vowed retaliation for the deaths of US soldiers and emphasized that military strikes against Iran would continue “until all objectives are accomplished.”
