In the video on that day, Hendo explained, “I run a YouTube channel and an entertainment planning company, and I am a victim of direct damage of 1.3 million won from Yoo Jaehwan’s fraud in music composition. Currently, about 90 people are gathered in the ‘Yoo Jaehwan Fraud Victims Group’ group chat room, and there are more people who are not in the group chat room. If you add them all up, it might be more than 100 people,” he said.

Regarding the amount of damage, he said, “The damage amounts of the victims in the group chat room vary. In my case, I received 1.3 million won per song composed by Yoo Jaehwan. Some people suffered that much damage, and if you want two songs, how much additional, for mini albums or regular albums, it continued like that,” he revealed.

He continued, “He also recruited people to take lessons through SNS. Since all the victims of lessons or wedding songs are gathered, the amount of damage varies for each person. Some who suffered greatly have amounts exceeding 10 million won. I think all damage amounts definitely exceed tens of millions,” he claimed.

In particular, Hendo said about Yoo Jaehwan’s refund method, “He said he would make installment payments. In my case, he said he would make installment payments starting on May 20. He replied by KakaoTalk that he would give 450,000 won on July 31 and the remaining 400,000 won in August.”

He said, “Yoo Jaehwan said in the chat we had, ‘I am a bankrupt.’ In a conversation with another person, he said, ‘I have already applied for bankruptcy.’ If we divide it into thirds, it’s 35%, 35%, 30% based on 1.3 million won. It seems like he plans to wait until the bankruptcy is approved and then receive the rest through court settlement,” he disclosed.

Finally, Hendo expressed frustration by saying, “Since he unconsciously made those remarks about bankruptcy and applying for bankruptcy, I don’t think it’s a lie,” and said, “There are women who have suffered sexual damage as well. They seem to be careful because they are all women. Surprisingly, he even told me he would sue me. He shows no remorse,” expressing his frustration.
