As cold winds blow, fine dust has dissipated from the western regions.

This is the view of Seoul this afternoon, where clear skies are visible.

The concentration of ultrafine dust is also at a favorable level.

Starting at 9 PM tonight, a cold wave warning will be issued in the mountainous areas of Gangwon, and a cold wave advisory will be issued again in parts of Gyeonggi and inland Gangwon.

Tomorrow morning, temperatures will plunge to -15 degrees Celsius in Daegwallyeong, -12 degrees in Jecheon, and drop to -7 degrees in Seoul.

Furthermore, heavy snow is expected to fall mainly in the Chungnam and Honam regions tomorrow.

Up to 20 cm or more of snow is expected in the Jeonbuk region, and 3 to 10 cm of snow is expected in the Chungnam and Jeonnam regions.

Snow will start in the western coastal areas at dawn tomorrow and gradually move to the Chungcheong and Honam regions, where snowfall is expected.

The east coast remains dry, with strong winds expected.

Tomorrow morning’s temperatures will dip to -7 degrees in Seoul and -12 degrees in Chuncheon.

Daytime temperatures will remain around 1 degree in Seoul, and around 4 degrees in Gwangju and Daegu.

The severe cold is predicted to gradually ease starting from the day after tomorrow.
