Mr. Oh, who lived in the United States, was recently enraged by a legal complaint that crossed the Pacific. 21 years ago, he exposed the school violence he experienced on social media, but was sued by the perpetrator for defamation and obstruction of business.
The one who filed the lawsuit is none other than actress Song Ha-yoon. Known for her captivating performances in dramas, she was gaining popularity, which only intensified the controversy. However, Song Ha-yoon’s side completely denies the allegations and has taken strong legal action against Mr. Oh, the original spreader of the school violence claim. Expecting an apology, Mr. Oh was instead faced with a surprising lawsuit and shared his memories from 21 years ago with the production team…

Mr. Oh revisited the location where he claims the assault occurred 21 years ago. He clearly remembers the violence inflicted upon him. According to his account, the unexpected attack lasted approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, and afterwards, she was reportedly involved in other school violence incidents which led to her forced transfer. However, Song Ha-yoon’s representatives refute these claims, stating that there was no violence against Mr. Oh and no history of being forcibly transferred for school violence. They also mentioned submitting relevant materials and evidence to investigative authorities, strongly opposing the allegations, turning the issue into an unexpected truth battle.
