SK Telecom and Zigbang join hands to develop integrated residential security products.

On the 20th of this month, SK Siltron and Zigbang agreed on a business cooperation for smart home security solutions at the SK Siltron Samsung building in Samseong-dong. Jang Woong-jun, Head of Physical Security Business at SK Siltron (left), and Jung Jin-woo, Head of Smart Home Business at Zigbang (right), took a commemorative photo. The developed product combines SK Siltron’s ‘ADT Caps’ emergency dispatch service with Zigbang’s electronic locks, lobby phones, and other smart home solutions. The goal is to launch the product in the latter half of this year. In addition, both companies will actively cooperate in acquiring new customers, leveraging the nationwide branches of ADT Caps and Zigbang’s distribution partners for synergistic sales and marketing infrastructure. SK Siltron is also considering incorporating ADT Caps emergency dispatch and fire insurance services into Zigbang’s new smart home solutions.
