Samsung Electronics is set to hold the ‘Galaxy Unpacked 2025’ event on the 23rd at 3 AM (Korean time), where they will unveil their next-generation flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S25 series. In addition to the existing three models, they have officially announced a ‘slim’ version with a thinner profile.
According to industry sources on the 7th, Samsung Electronics has sent out invitations to global media and partners for the Galaxy Unpacked 2025, which will take place in San Jose, California. The event will be broadcast live online through Samsung Newsroom, Samsung.com, and Samsung Electronics’ YouTube channel.
Samsung Electronics is expected to introduce the Galaxy S25 series for the first time at this event.
A key highlight will be the unveiling of the slim model. The invitation image shows the corners of four smartphones aligned together, suggesting the anticipated launch of a slim model, which expands the usual three lines of the Galaxy S series—regular, Plus, and Ultra.
The Galaxy S25 series is projected to feature significant upgrades in artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. The theme of this Unpacked event, “The Next Big Leap in Mobile AI Experiences,” reflects Samsung Electronics’ confidence in their substantially enhanced AI-powered smartphones.
