BLACKPINK’s Rosé won the International Song of the Year award at the BRIT Awards, a prestigious British music award ceremony, for her hit song “Apart”. This marks the first time a K-pop artist has received an award at this event. The BRIT Awards took place on the 28th of last month, local time. “Apart”, a collaboration with pop star Bruno Mars, has been consistently charting, reaching as high as No. 2 on the UK’s Official Singles Chart.
