**Party Support: People Power Party 32.3%, Democratic Party 45.2%**
A recent poll released today (2nd) indicates that President Yoon Seok-youl’s approval rating has decreased to 25% over the past three weeks.
According to the survey conducted by Realmeter for Energy Economics News from November 25 to 29, targeting 2,509 voters aged 18 and older across the nation, President Yoon’s positive evaluation for state affairs was recorded at 25%.
This figure represents a 0.7 percentage point decline from the Realmeter survey conducted in the third week of November.
Realmeter explained that “President Yoon’s approval rating for state affairs decreased after three weeks, causing the rebound trend to pause, but maintained in the mid-20% range.”
On the other hand, the negative evaluation of President Yoon’s state affairs increased by 0.7 percentage points to 71% compared to the previous survey.
The gap between positive and negative evaluations was 46 percentage points, outside of the margin of error.
In a party support survey conducted from November 28 to 29 with 1,002 voters aged 18 and older, the People Power Party scored 32.3%, and the Democratic Party recorded 45.2%.
Compared to the survey conducted a week earlier, the People Power Party saw an increase of 2 percentage points, and the Democratic Party rose by 0.3 percentage points.
The gap between the two parties was 12.9 percentage points, maintaining outside the margin of error for 10 consecutive weeks, according to Realmeter.
Additionally, the Cho Kuk Innovation Party received 6.1%, the Reform Party 2.6%, the Progressive Party 1.7%, and other parties 2.6%.
The non-partisan or undecided voters amounted to 9.6%.
The presidential performance evaluation was conducted using an automatic response phone survey method with a mobile (97%) and landline (3%) response rate of 3%, with a margin of error of ±2 percentage points at a 95% confidence level.
The party support survey was also conducted using the same method with a response rate of 3%, with a margin of error of ±3.1 percentage points at a 95% confidence level.
