“Prepare for the New Year at ‘Toss Bank Lounge’… ‘Get Book Recommendations and Plan the Year Together.'”

Toss Bank announced on the 2nd that it will host an event to recommend books and fragrances and communicate with customers through its newly refurbished in-person customer support center, the “Toss Bank Lounge.” Toss Bank revamped its in-person customer support center into the Toss Bank Lounge on the 25th of last month.

From today until the 6th, for five days, anyone who visits can participate in the event, which will be held daily from 10 AM to 8 PM. Visitors can spend time at Toss Bank Lounge reflecting on the past year and planning for the next year.

During the event period, the Toss Bank Lounge will consist of three areas: △Reflection △Curation △Free Space. In the “Reflection” area, customers will look back on the year according to four values (time, energy, money, knowledge) and take time to answer questions to plan for 2025.

The “Curation” area recommends books and fragrances that inspire the new year. Four influencers (translator Hwang Seok-hee, political scientist Kim Ji-yoon, publishing marketer Jo A-ran, and Shuka World’s Jeon Seok-jae) each recommend three books that encourage reflection on the four values.

Along with the books, visitors can experience four different scents, offering an experience that enhances each value with fragrance. Toss Bank has also created a new scent called “The Scent of Toss Bank.”

In the “Free Space,” visitors can freely organize their thoughts based on the curated books. It is a space where they can spend time reading recommended books or using stickers with quotes from the books.

In line with the purpose of increasing financial accessibility, two lectures will be held for seniors on “Reassuring Financial Lives” and for young people on “Reassuring Rental Lives.”

Participants will receive a special gift pack, which includes the four event themes, and will be given to the first 200 attendees each day. After participating in the event, attendees can also take commemorative photos in the photo booth zone.

A Toss Bank representative stated, “This event is the first attempt to create a point of communication with customers in the Toss Bank Lounge” and “It holds the meaning of being with customers during precious moments of reflecting on the past year and planning for the new year.”
