“[Digital Daily Reporter Lee Gun-han] Luiten AX released the ‘AX Report 2025’ on the 15th, summarizing the results after the introduction of a business AI agent. To objectively measure the effects of AI transformation, the ‘Luiten AI Productivity Index’ was introduced. This reportedly allowed for a precise measurement of productivity changes following the adoption of AI agents. According to the report, the total labor time for customer service tasks was reduced by 73%, and productivity increased by 35%.
Luiten AX is developing and applying AI agents necessary for daily tasks within Luiten Technologies to verify services and establish an AX culture. For example, if you request the AI agent ‘Luiten River’ to register parking time via the work messenger, the agent automatically designs and executes a workflow accordingly. Currently, Luiten Technologies employs agents in four areas: customer service, finance, frontend, and backend development.
The customer service agent provides automated responses formatted based on FAQs and company policies. It continuously learns internal customer data for self-improvement and can automatically respond to various inquiries through Research Augmented Generation (RAG) integration. Tasks requiring actual processing, such as refunds, redeliveries, and reservations, are automatically executed in integration with internal systems.
The finance agent automatically handles tasks from receipt confirmation to invoice review, payment, and financial statement preparation, improving productivity by 21% and reducing labor time by 40%. The frontend development agent automates the integration of UI code and APIs by interpreting designs, enhancing productivity by 15% and reducing working hours by 28%. The backend development agent automates API and DB designs and code generation with just natural language requests, improving productivity by 28% and reducing working hours by 55%.
Park Min-jun, the CEO of Luiten AX, said, ‘To inform companies and institutions contemplating AI transformation about the actual productivity effects, we have published the AX Report. We will strengthen our role as a partner that helps our partners succeed in the AX era.’ The full report is available on the Luiten AX website.
Meanwhile, Luiten recently gained attention when OpenAI highlighted it as a major business collaboration case in its official blog. In a post on the 2nd, OpenAI praised, ‘Luiten is proving the potential of AI to be utilized by millions, in comprehensive areas beyond productivity tools such as learning, creation, and communication, particularly by efficiently utilizing OpenAI models to grow into an AI app used by 6.5 million people nationwide in South Korea.'”
