[이데일리 김가은 기자] Netmarble (251270) announced that it conducted a pre-download of its blockbuster new Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG) ‘Raven 2’ starting at 11 a.m. on the 28th.
The pre-download for Raven 2, scheduled for official release at 8 p.m. on the 29th, allows users to install the mobile version through Google Play and the Apple App Store, and the PC version via the official website.
In addition, Netmarble provides a mobile remote service app called ‘Netmarble Connect’ that allows users to play Raven 2 running on PC remotely through the Netmarble Launcher. Users can also receive real-time notifications of in-game emergencies and check various news from the official community using the Netmarble Connect service.
Raven 2 is the sequel to the award-winning action RPG ‘Raven 1,’ which achieved 6 awards, including the Grand Prize at the ‘2015 Korea Game Awards.’ It features authentic dark fantasy concepts, console AAA-level cinematic direction, and a differentiated combat system. Raven 2 is also expected to provide extensive story content based on the Raven universe, where gods and demons coexist.
Prior to the official release of Raven 2, the pre-registration event for character name reservation ended early, and the number of pre-registrants exceeded 1.5 million. Netmarble continues to provide detailed information such as unpacking videos, developer commentary videos, and the roadmap through the Raven 2 official forum, YouTube channel, Kakao channel, maintaining communication with users.
Netmarble plans to conduct a grand opening with a total of 5 worlds and 30 servers, including the three worlds where character name pre-reservation was conducted, as well as the new worlds Kaelum and Terra.
