Throne and Liberty (TL) global service, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed by NCsoft and Amazon Games, will begin on September 17th local time. TL’s global service regions include North and South America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. Global users can play on PC Steam, PlayStation 5 (PS5), and Xbox Series S|X platforms with language support for English, Spanish, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, and Japanese for text, and English, German, Japanese, and Korean for voice.
Prior to the launch, NCsoft and Amazon Games will conduct an Open Beta Test (OBT) for TL from July 18th to 23rd to incorporate feedback from users and enhance the game’s completeness.
Cho Mun-young, the TL captain at NCsoft, expressed his excitement about presenting TL to the global market in collaboration with Amazon Games and ensuring a high level of quality to offer unique fun to Korean and global users.
Merv Lee Kwai, the Head of Third-Party Publishing at Amazon Games, shared his excitement about showcasing TL’s massive scale to users worldwide and assured that all users waiting for the launch news will be able to play TL starting from September.
In addition to the TL global service, NCsoft will also be conducting a major update in Korea this summer. To inform Korean users about the update plans and gather various opinions, a ‘TL MEET UP’ event will be held on the 22nd at 2 p.m., which all users can watch live on the TL YouTube channel.
