HanmiGlobal D&I, a real estate development subsidiary of the construction project management (PM) company HanmiGlobal, announced on the 14th that they have completed the construction of and started moving residents into their first senior residence, “Wirye Symphonia,” located in the new Wirye city of Jangji-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
Wirye Symphonia is an urban senior residence consisting of 102 units across 9 floors, with dedicated spaces ranging from 43 to 56 square meters. It enjoys the rich lifestyle infrastructure and transportation environment of the new Wirye city. Residents are just a 10-minute drive away from Jangji Station on Subway Line 8, Bokjeong Station, and Namwirye Station.
