In a pre-released video of TV CHOSUN’s “Joseon’s Lovers,” which airs on the 3rd, Lee Kyung-sil is seen visiting a sports store and calling her son, Son Bo-seung, who has taken on the role of the family provider. Son Bo-seung, who was working part-time as a substitute driver, honestly admitted to his mother that he was waiting for a call since there were no requests coming in. To this, Lee Kyung-sil suggested, “I’m running some errands here, but can you come and do some substitute driving for me?” Surprised by his mother’s unexpected request for a “mother’s substitute driving,” Lee Kyung-sil reassured him by saying, “I’ll pay you, so please help me out.”
On a snowy night, Son Bo-seung appeared on a rented bicycle, mentioning that work was slow that day, coming quickly at his mother’s call. At the store, Lee Kyung-sil put a new helmet on her son, complimenting its quality. Son Bo-seung, deeply touched, remarked, “This is too expensive,” and smiled brightly.
